Privacy Policy
Plenish · Last updated: August 17, 2026
Plenish does not collect your data. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server. Everything the app knows — the days you logged, your answers during setup — stays on your phone.
What the app stores
Plenish keeps a simple record of the days you took creatine, saved only on your device (and in your device backups, which you control). If you delete the app, that record is deleted with it.
What leaves your phone
Nothing. Plenish does not send your information anywhere. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Plenish schedules them on your device. They are created locally and never involve a server.
Crash reports
If you have opted in to share diagnostics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports with us. These contain no personal information and we cannot identify you from them.
Children
Plenish is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Plenish ever changes what it stores or sends, this policy will be updated first, and the date at the top will change.
